You can pay upfront or choose a payment plan to spread the cost. Many find that a package is more cost-effective and shows a deeper commitment to real change, but if you prefer to pay per session, that’s also an option.

What Happens Next?

  • Welcome Pack: Once you decide to move forward, I’ll send you a Welcome Pack with more details about hypnotherapy, my specific qualifications, a Therapy Contract, and T&Cs.
  • Questionnaires: You’ll receive confidential health and wellbeing questionnaires. These help me tailor a bespoke treatment plan, based on the conceptual model best suited to your needs.
  • Initial Consultation: Next, we’ll book a time for your first consultation. This usually lasts 60–90 minutes and allows us to dive deeper into your primary objective, long-term goals, and any specific issues you’d like to resolve. I’ll also clarify some of the myths surrounding hypnosis, and answer any lingering questions you may have.
  • Treatment Plan: After our initial consultation, I’ll design your custom therapy program. Our second time together will typically mark the beginning of the treatment process, where we start taking actionable steps to address your challenges.
  • Length of Therapy: How many sessions you’ll need depends on your chosen therapy package, the nature of the issue, your personal goals, and any other practical considerations.
